HCCMC Networking Event

HCCMC hosted an open networking event at Q’Viva Restaurant on Wednesday, October 23rd. Alvaro Ibarra, Recruiting Assistant from the U.S. Census Bureau spoke about the 2020 census and opportunities to work full-time or part-time for the Bureau. Likewise, María Ximena Rodríguez spoke about how citizens can volunteer to help in the upcoming 2020 national elections. Next year will be a busy year for sure!

Participants had the chance to introduce their business, learn about potential partnering opportunities, and how innovations in cryptocurrency and entrepreneurs with creative products are breaking new grounds in Montgomery County. All enjoyed some tasteful Colombian empanadas sponsored by the restaurant.
