Our HCCMC Construction Workshop last Friday brought together a vibrant group of general contractors eager to grow, connect, and elevate their businesses. Attendees participated in dedicated sessions designed to provide practical tools and answers to the real-world challenges contractors face every day.

From navigating procurement opportunities with Montgomery County and understanding the permitting process, to gaining access to surety bonds, capital, and operational best practices—each session delivered actionable insights tailored for small construction businesses. This hands-on event reflected our commitment to empowering the local contractor community with knowledge and resources that drive results.
