On Thursday, April 21st, we hosted a live conversation with Dr. Scott Joftus, candidate to Montgomery County Board of Education.
Dr. Scott Joftus is running for Montgomery County Board of Education. He currently serves on the Board, representing District 3, after being appointed by the Board to complete the term of Pat O’Neill, who passed away in September 2021. In addition to his role on the Board, Dr. Joftus serves as the Founder and President of FourPoint Education Partners, a consulting business that helps education leaders achieve outstanding results for all students and especially those who have been historically undeserved. FourPoint provides strategic planning, leadership development, equity reviews, and other services to school districts and nonprofits across the country. Dr. Joftus is also an adjunct professor at George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education.
