Protect Yourself Against Identity Theft and Fraud

On June 11, 2019, HCCMC hosted a workshop in partnership with AARP about identity theft and fraud. HCCMC members learned first hand from Ted Meyers, a seasoned AARP consultant, about how easily information can be stolen from sites, even from third-party companies, but more importantly, how to protect yourself in case you are a victim of this type of crime. Members also enjoyed an active Q&A and networking session in the reception that included wine, cheese, and coffee from Café Medrano, one of this event’s sponsors.
